The Door Gym mounts in one second in your doorway, making pull-ups possible.
The simple device uses the weight of your body leveraged against the doorframe, and requires that you have a doorway with trim.
You can also do deep push-ups with the Door Gym by placing it on the floor.

"I've recently run across what I believe to be the simplest, most efficient pull-up bar in the world. It's called the Door-Gym. It is totally unlike any chinning bar I've ever worked out on. The totally portable unit can be easily disassembled and brought wherever you decide to exercise. The Door-Gym has improved upon pull-ups and elevated push-ups like no other equipment has."

"Fact is, you can jimmy it up or take it down in less than a minute."
-Kimberly Dawn Neumann

"We like the Door-Gym for the simple reason that we can put the thing up and take it down in no time. One nice feature is the pair of close-grip handles in the center that you can use to emphasize the muscles in the middle of your back. It doubles as a push-up bar."
